    Monte Carlo simulation

I currently have a worksheet that provides inventory and sales. I want to add units to inventory based on a reorder point. In units received column I state if(and(c6<=12,$h$6="0"),$d$3,"0" I want to look at the H column and if H=1 I want to and the value in D3 to a cell in B lower by the number in J.
