If(OR)) Formula Returns Value WITH 3 or 4 Conditions

Hi,

I have this formula that works,

however now I need to add a 3rd shift into the formula. How would I go about that.

I tried this but it only returns a value so my guess is I messed up the formula some how.

Can you make it clear by words? what is criteria of L4 for each shift?

I have picker id in col F starting with P1 to P150 I use a formula in col h to remove the P and leave only the number. Col L is an ABS Formula so the fomula above looks at col L to check what number it is. if <= 49 then 2nd Shift if >= 50 and < 100 then 1st shift if >=100 then 3rd shift

I am wondering if it is simpler than what is presented in your formula?
