Counting the number of occurrences and spanning midnight

Thank you bebo021999 for your help with counting the number of occurrences.
Now I need assistance with counting them when they span midnight. I have attached a sample spreadsheet. For example, when someone is scheduled to start at 10:00 PM on Monday and the end time is 5:00 AM on Tuesday I want to be able to have the occurrences counted on either side of midnight for the appropriate day so that it is reflected in the graph.
