Autopopulating System Date, Time and Employee Log In.

I am looking for a Formula that will Autopopulate a cell with a time and date stamp plus the Windows log in of the employee on the system at that time. IE: If column D is a Y for Yes than column E displays the Date, Time and which employee's windows log on was being used. Our log on ID is last name first 2 initials IE: kirkjt.

    Sample Spreadsheet attached.

    Hi,
AFAIK this can't be done with a formula, as they are volatile. You need to code this in VBA. Put it in the Change event of the worksheet.
