    Conditional Formating with 2 criteria

    Hello:

Please refer to attached excel file/Sheet3

I want to use conditional formating to highlight the cell based on 2 criterio.

Column B has values in it.

I want to highight only the cell in a row which is not blank and the corresponding value in column B is less then 20.

In the attached sheet i have highlighted manually for the above requirement.

    Please help with this.

    Thanks

Re: Conditional Formating with 2 criteria

    Hi Lemice:

    Hello:

I think there is some misunderstanding.
Please open my original worksheet and go to Sheet3.
Here you will see data in Column B.
    My condition:
If the value of cell in column B is greater then -20 (in the sheet i have -27 and -22) positive then need to highlight the cell in that row.
If the value of cell in column B is less then -20 then no need to highlight the cell in that row.

Please see that i have hence highlighted the cell with value in column B is -27 and -22.

Please let me know if any questions.

    Thanks

    Riz

I read your first post and I thought you only want to highlight cell less than 20.

And, what do you mean by greater than -20 positive?
