Formula: help with this stage of worksheet
If the text in Columns H is pass than I want the formula in Columns J to show Pass
If the text in Columns H is seek help than I want the formula in Columns J to show Fail

=IF(H5="seek help","fail",IF(H5="pass","pass",""))
paste the above formula in j5
