Question Help with combining IF commands

Here is a link to the excel file:
https://www.mediafire.com/file/7nebg...nment%204.xlsx

So i have the commands under "conclusion" completed, but i need them in one single box.
The way that i intend for this to work is that, when the boxes selected satisfy the IF statement/s, the one box will say what Fiber it is.

Any help is appreciated.

(i'm sorry if this issue is easily solved but i am quite new to using formulas in excel (past using addition/subtraction/etc).)

EDIT: My problem has been solved by leelnich, thank you to everyone who looked at this thread

upload a small (clean) sample workbook (not a pic) of what you are working with, and what your expected outcome would look like.
1. Use code tags for VBA.
Your Code
(or use the # button)
2. If your question is resolved, mark it SOLVED using the thread tools

Hi zorua98741, welcome to the forum! Try this:

NOTE: In cells D4:D6, you have an extra space in "Good/Very Good". You must remove that so the formula can match correctly.
