Vlookup to count up values from another table supplier and total value for each?

Long time user first time proper vlookup attempted.

I have a data sheet that i'm using the vlookup on and a second sheet to output the data.

On the "data" sheet i have a list of suppliers that i've got listed multiple times for everytime i've placed an order with them. On my second sheet i've removed the duplicates so i've got a list of each supplier.

I've got 3 date ranges (Columns D to G) for 2011 (I to L) for 2012 and (N to Q) for 2013.

In my second sheet i want to pull 3 values from each column that must be linked to that supplier (units, Revenue, Margin value) so the lookup should look at anything in the columns listed as 2011 then look to the supplier to make sure it matches and add the total value for each supplier to tell me what my spend has been with each one.

I know it should be easy and my explanation of it is probably poor but if more info is needed let me know.

Sorry now attached as an example.
"data" sheet shows what would be the raw data and "v1" sheet shows the values i want to see at the end of it. All suppliers values each totaled by year. Product and description values aren't of interest for "v1"
