I need a formula to auto popluate data in a table from another table.

Looking at the spreadsheet, what I'm looking for is for the user to only input the total # of days into the fields E36:39, and then for that to populate the column I4:33 respectively. Currently the I column just has data validation on it, but I need for it to be automated with the input of cells E36:39. Does that make sense?

yeah I just put the spreadsheet there because I can't seem to communicate the problem I'm having well enough to get an answer. I've tried on several forums, so I figured it's easier to do that to show the specifics. I'm an excel user as well.
