Convert number into Dates (End of Month)

Dear Sir,
I need a formula to convert the numbers into dates as follows:

1304 – (actually it is 2013 – 04) – to be converted into 30-04-2013 (last day of that month)
1305 - (actually it is 2013 – 05) – to be converted into 31-05-2013 (last day of that month)

Request your kind help.
