Dynamic Formula that summarizes data by unique values only

Can anyone please help.

I am looking for a formula that will do summarize data from a source spreadshhet.
I have data in sheet ‘Actuals Input’ which I would like to summarise with unique values only in sheet ‘Business Controlling Dashboard’ based on the following criteria:

Year – 2013 Column S in ‘Actuals Input’
Month – Apr Coulmn R in ‘Actuals Input’
Budget – 185 Column G in ‘Actuals Input’
SC – Cell B49 Column O in ‘Actuals Input’

I want the results to be shown in sheet ‘Business Controlling Dashboard’ cells E52:E66 (this being the maximum amount of rows that would be required to give all unique values matching any of the criteria.

Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to make it clear what is needed. Include BEFORE/AFTER sheets if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Remember to desensitize the data.

Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

Attached is a sample - I have had to remove a great deal of data to de-sensitise it, but what is left should be sufficient.

The columns have changed as a result. The information that I want it to show is displayed (as values only) in E26:E28 for CF4 (this is driven by the drop down box. I would like this to be dispalyed through a formula.
