    annual due date tracking

I am looking for a formula or formatting to track dates for me. I need conditional formatting that will change cell color in accordance with:

green - date entered (04/05/12) to 60 days prior to due date (date due being 04/05/13)

yellow - 60 days prior to due date to 14 days prior to due date

red - 14 days prior to due date to due date and later

any help on this would be gratly appreciated.

    Re: annual due date tracking

you are right with conditional formatting?

    first rule
    less todays date -14
    2nd rule
between todays date - 14 and todays date - 60
    3rd rule
greater than todays date - 60

**sorry replace todays date with date entered
