Function to Choose and List Values ignoring blanks and erros

So I have a large list of data where there are different numbers of entries from different months.
I need to organize everything by birthmonth one, and each subsequent month after, but all the rows need to be justified by birth month one.

I have tried unsuccessfully to use Index/Match, but it gives me an answer containing too many values usually.

Does anyone know how to do this? I'm attaching a sample.
