    Formula needed to show due / overdue

    I'm not sure if this is something which can be done in excel but I have a list of lots of expiry dates for different training courses. There are several expiry dates against each employee. I would like a formula (if possible) to look at all dates to show;

    Within 3 months - show as due
    Before todays date - show overdue

    I am aware of how to do this if I am only looking at 1 date but I would like it to look at all. Even if only one meets the criteria and all the rest are ok I would like it to show the above.

    I have attached a very small section of my sheet as an example. I hope the above makes sense.

    Thanks

    Katie

    I have just tried that in the example I have attached and it has worked for the last 5 rows but the first 5 shows "OK" but these should show "Overdue". However, if I play around with the dates a little on the last 5 it doesn't always calculate correctly.

    Insted of Min You can try MAX (as it is not clear which date is to compared).

    I have amended it a you are getting closer so thank you very much. I feel like I am challenging you now though as it is only giving back either "due" or "overdue", Due is against anything which has not yet expired and overdue is anything which has already expired. I need due to be the 3 months before the expiry date and up until the date it expires. Anything before this 3 month time frame should show as "OK"

    I am so sorry for this.

    Write few more ALL of examples manually in your table so we can test it.

    I have attached more examples for you. Please note that this is also the layout of the spread sheet, any suggestions on a better layout would also be hugely appreciated (this is not necessary though)

    I know, using the formula I have been given it shows 'Due' & 'Overdue' only, I need them to also show ok when there is still more than 3 months left on the expiry dates

    So where those solutions should be?

    I've aksed you earlier to write results manually if formula don't work.
    Write at least here rows where result should be OK in your example.
