How I can pull out .... unique emails in a separate column?

I have two columns with emails. One of the columns contains 10 000 email the other one 11 000. The 10 000 in the second column are duplicates + a 1000 that are unique. How I can pull out from the second column the 1000 unique emails in a separate column?

    =countif($A$1:$A$1100;B1) an pull down.
If the result is 0 then it is a unique email.

I am sorry. It is working just need it to fix in the formula the exact amount of emails in the column. Do you have any idea how to pull this “ 0 “ in a separate column

Filter on the zero values and copy the result
