Change the cell color for a certain value

In Sheet One I have the following names
NAME
John
Agnes
Peter
Susan
Gloria
Steve

In Sheet Two I have same names with different values as seen below. Now, I want to change the cell color to RED in Sheet One for the names with negative values in Sheet Two.

John	-2
Agnes	20
Peter	48
Susan	-15
Gloria	34
Steve	-30

Your formula/rule under conditional formatting is looking up for TBL reference? But the data in sheet 2 is not a Table property.

I tried to create my sheet two data as table and gave its reference in Sheet one under conditional formatting rule, but it doesn't accept it.
