Help to average data from 11000 rows to 450. need help asap

Hello!
spent all day googling around and did not find answer I was looking for.

As the title says - I have chart with 11000 rows of data. I need to shrink this data and get 450 rows of it. I guess thats what you call moving average?

11000/450 is around 24, so I need to average these 24 rows and get one result and do that 450 times, to get 450 results.
how to get the job done outomaticly? I have looked at average + offset, but that doesnt seem to get the job done...

I need average from 0-24, 25-49, 50-74 and so on... All i get now is 0-24, 1-25, 2-26 and so on.

how is the calculations done for rows/data that are in row 1-23?

I have raw data from gyroscope which is then devided by 131 to get angular speed and then it is multiplied by time and added to previous data (integrated) to get turn angle.

I can do these calculations with raw data too and do the math after for those 450 rows. then I just need to do the same to time as well.
