Sum of grand total

Dear Friends,
I am using PV table for short outs some data's based on our requirement, usually PV Table is giving the sum between two data's ( A + B= Grand Total), but i need an answer in Grand total colume like ( A- B = Grand Total), So

Please find the attached excelsheet here, ex-

AMEX Total is coming by adding BST + Slip, instead of adding i need subtract (BST - Slip).
