Correspond Dates to Minute by Minute Data

Hello all,

I have a list of minute by minute daily data that has has no date formula by which I can sort the data easily. As you can see in the attached file in sheet "Merged 2009-2011," the minute by minute data is identified by each minute throughout the day (1-1440) and the numbering starts over for each day. (for example, A1441 has the value of "1")

In the "Dates" sheet, i have a list of dates (where each date represents one 1440 section of data). Basically, I need to be able to match the dates to their corresponding days in the first sheet.

For example, in the "Merged 2009-2011" sheet, I need A1 to be 1-Jun-09 00:01, B1 to be 1-Jun-09 00:02, etc. Going further down, I need A1440 to be 2-Jun-09 00:00, A1441 to be 2-Jun-09 00:01, etc.

I cannot simply copy down a function starting in A2 such as "=A1+(1/1440)" because the date list I have excludes weekend and holidays.

Please let me know if this is clear enough.

FYI I had to truncate the file for example purposes so as the file stands now there are much more dates in the "Dates" sheet than there is data in the "Merged 2009-2011" sheet.

I suppose an easier way to look at it is that I have a list of dates (by day) that excludes weekends and various holidays and I need to make a minute by minute list using the same days.
