I need to get data from Pivot Table via getpivotdata formula

I would like to get the data from my pivot table which is Date A6-A21, Lines A6-A21 and Pieces A6-A21 to columns E6-E21,F6-F21,G6-G21. I have never used =getpivotdata before and tried to do it today and keep getting Ref error. Also will the data in the new columns recognize the new data in the pivot table, so say my pivot table jumps to A30?

hi, the sample table which you posted is not a pivot table, could that be the issue? go into an empty cell and enter the = sign, then click the cell in the pivottable, that will insert the get pivot formula for you...not sure what you need based on the attached file
