dependant validation lookups and multi validaton from single source

yeah hi guys first post here

Im working on a difficult excel sheet using multiple drop downs and validations

Basicly I have my data sheet on sheet 1 and on sheet2 I have the following setup

A company
B service
C day
D time
E auto populate unit cost
So company is easy I just created a list for it to base off
Service I need to base of company as at the moment during creation im using 2 company but later there will be 9-10 and not all offer the same service, but using the offset method I get multiple copys of each service wheni create the list
C day is easy as it operates on a dependant list

Imd stumped of d for time as different companys use different times for each day
If any one can help me workout how I should be doing this it would be great
