MATCH, LOOKUP on other sheet, SUM findings

Attached Sample File: Looking for a formula/function that will 'LOOKUP, MATCH if match found, SUM all the matches, then the data in x Column will be visible.

Specifically, there's a COL P and COL Q on the REPORT tab (to show how many errors this line item had).
The SUMMARY tab shows a roll up total of everything and the formula/function is needed on that SUMMARY tab (Cell B25).

Cell B25 of SUMMARY should look at B1 of SUMMARY tab, then jump to the REPORT tab and LOOK through A:A for a MATCH...
If it finds a row = to 6/14 (B25 of SUMMARY), THEN show the total count of P:P that are MATCHES = to the June 14th date of (B25 SUMMARY)

The formula result in B25 of the SUMMARY tab should be 4.
