Formula for Date/Time count across multiple ranges

    Hi all,
Thanks for all the help I have received so far I have learnt a lot over the last 3 or 4 days since joining. If possible I was hoping if someone could help me with my latest hurdle in setting up a sheet for counting numbers of personel during a given time.

I can only get a count for one period whereas if a job goes for more than a 12 Hour duration the count is not shown in the next time frame (eg nightshift) only the first time frame therfore not giving me an accrate total count. Some work may go for 7 shifts day and night therefore I need it to show a total of 1 for each day and night for the duration (Total jobs allocated in shift TAB)

Again thankyou for any help in advance.

fill formula across and down until the next "Reliable" change the underline.

issue found : your night shift starts at A.M. should be P.M. ??
i suggest to evaluate your data entry since I entered an example and it counted 1 for night shift.
