Need help in calculating Net Lates

Hi, we are a small business firm with 15 employees working for us. We use excel to maintain monthly employee attendance and employ a policy of late coming and goings. Now we require a function that will record a 1 after every 5 Net late (Incoming less Outgoing). Meaning if the total of Late arrival is greater then the total of late leaving and that tally reaches five or above that then a 1 appears or 2 appears in case the number reaches 10 and so on. Excel verison is 2007
