counting how many times it occur

here is what I want to do

I want to count how many times A-, B- occured in column BH
but depending on the category (T. O. E)
and depending on the scores

this is almost what i want to do
but the formula you gave me is copying the text from column T
but What i want is checking how many occurences of 4 scores and 5 scores

for ex:

A - A4 Platform 4
A - Basement 5
A - A4 Platform 4

so

A has 2 occurences in 5scores
A has 1 occurences in 4scores

I made a new sheet, I hope this explaine better
I was able to do it with specific text, please see problem 9 (sheet Summary F1418:F1430)
But my problem starts in problem 10, because theres no specific text, only A, B, C,...
