I have a list of customers, including their delivery location, phone number, email, etc. I need to use the auto filter to sort by delivery location. I've applied the filter to the entire workbook, but it is not filtering the last 3 rows. Each time I filter by location, I get the correct customers, and then the last 3 customers in the list. help?
you get all data in a table (condensed data)?

if there are gaps in the data the filter won't work.

You can add reputation by clicking on the star * add reputation.
so it appears that the data that is filtered is part of a table, but it is not automatically extending the table to the last 3 rows. is there a way to change the table boundaries?

no- i have all the filters off. just trying to extend what appears to be a table that's not including the last 3 rows of data
In that case i suggest you show us the excel file, without confidentional information.
i just figured out how to extend the table size- many thanks for your help! it's now filtering correctly!
