Index Match formula for multiple lookups

Hi All

I'm trying to work a formula for the attached spreadsheet where in rows 37-50 I can summarise the $ value of sales per BDM based on the category of the Opportunity (C56-C85) x the number of sales of that customer each month (K56-AV85).

I have a summary Table (C13-I27) that contains the values for each opportunity (Column G)

Any suggestions would be appreciated
