    Year to Date Depreciation

Could anyone help me with a formula to go into the Year to date depreciation Column?

I need it to stop when the asset is fully depreciated but still show the right number for year to date.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Can you attach an excel spreadsheet rather than a zipped folder?

Nothing personal, but I don't know what's inside it.
Please add Rep if I've helped

    Hi omletto

Try this formula in Cell Q10 and drag down

Also, change the formula in Cell P10 to this and drag down

You'll find a one(1) month difference in your Year To Date Depreciation...simply because I don't understand, having a months remaining life and having no depreciation...that's minor...if this formula works for you, we can fix it.

    Re: Year to Date Depreciation

Thank you jaslake this looks to work. I'll test it thoroughly in work Monday. I kept getting lost, its quite a long formula.

Sorry djauncey, I thought you had to compress file. Will repost spreadsheet Monday.

    Thanks again.
