How do I round minutes up and down?

I'd like to enter a start time in a cell, e.g. 7:13 AM and have Excel show it as 7:00, BUT, if I entered 7:16 have it show 7:30. I would need a similar response if I entered 7:44 AM (it should show 7:30) and if I entered 7:46, it should show 8:00.
How do I format that, or which formula should I use?

    Hi Agent007,

You are looking for the MROUND() function. It might be in the ToolPac for older versions of Excel
    See
    http://excel.tips.net/T002186_Rounding_Time.html for an example.
Or http://www.excel-answers.com/microso...al-format.aspx if you don't have MRound()
One test is worth a thousand opinions.
