    Combining Rows of Data

I have a spreadsheet that currently has 4 columns of data.
I am wondering if there is a way to compare the data in column A - and if it matches, then move the data to the first entry in the next available cell of that row?

    For example:
    123456 ABC Company 8/1/13 MXSW1111
    123456 ABC Company 8/1/13 DDSC9267
    123456 ABC Company 8/1/13 VNTR6374

I would like to have it move the DDSC9267 and VNTR6374 to the first row ... in the next two cells beside MXSW1111.

    Is it possible?

    Re: Combining Rows of Data

I have the exact same question. I'm trying to merge records into one row, based on a match in column A. I also need to de-dupe the data, if there are any matches in column B, so skip that row if it already appears in the array.

I hope someone can help. I've attached a sample sheet. Basically I want to move the data in columns B and C across to the next free cells in row 1, if there's a match in column A.

    Data Sample.xlsx

Not sure if I should post this as a new question, or keep it here...

    Thanks everyone!!
