I have 2 problems that I'm sure will be easy to solve but I do not know how.

See attached sample workbook for what I am trying to do.

The first sheet is the 'MASTER QUOTATION'. This is as it sounds - a list of items (in this case furniture) with info on size, cost, fabric ect + which room in the shop they will go and the room number.

I then have a sheet called 'LABELS'. I would like to auto fill these labels with the relivent info from the MASTER QUOTATION with a new label filled in for each single item. For example, for the OT-08 High Stool on row 7 (see copy of this bellow) 2 labels will be filled in with the same data as there are two stools in the same fabric and room location. This will then give me a label for each box. But how can this be done?!!

That is my first problem.



My second problem is that for some reason, when applying a filter to the MASTER QUOTATION, if I order by A-Z the Item Code this does not move the other data accordingly as it should. I think this may have something to do with the INDEX/MATCH being used in many of the cells but not sure.



Any help on either of these would be fantastic!
