Hello, I need a help, spreadsheet'm adding to the month selected a particular product, only need to add the representative, which sold 1 representative of a particular product of Jan and September

=SUMPRODUCT((A2:A9=Q2)*(B2:B9=R4)*(COLUMN(Meses)-COLUMN(D1)+1<=MATCH(Q1,Meses,0)),D2:O9)

not sure if this will work for you. my region settings wouldn't recognise "Set", but "Sep" as in September. it might work for your region settings:
=SUMPRODUCT((A2:A9=Q2)*(B2:B9=R4)*(MONTH(Meses&2013)<=MONTH(Q1&2013)),D2:O9)

How about...

=SUM(INDEX($D$2:$D$9,MATCH(Q2,$A$2:$A$9,0)):INDEX(D2:O9,MATCH(Q2,$A$2:$A$9,0),MATCH(Q1,Meses,0)))
