I don't understand which is the expected result for percentage...

Hi,
I need weighted average by particular Bands, so whatever Band I input it should give me weighted average for that, as well as Percentage for that specific band only. Later I should be able to get a Total as well but I can do that by taking out the specific criteria once I know the formula.
If my suggested formula does not works for you then as Dilip asked, which is the expected result in your example sheet ...?
