Combined totals for specific columns and rows

Anyone able to enter a formula in cell I2.

Basically needs to take all the numerical headings from column H to S, that appear in the input cell D2, for only the rows which match cell D3 in columns C or E and finally times by the relevant % (% 1 for col C and % 2 for col E)

I'm guessing it'll be some sort of sumproduct? But I don't know how to get it working with text in the array of data and also how to get it to combine multi columns with the same heading.
