Dynamic Hyperlink function not working

Hi I'm trying to hyperlink to a cell in another sheet in the same workbook. I can get the furmula to work, but if I add rows above the targe cell then they Hyperlink formula doesn't automatically adjust. How do I correct for the.

Example
A B C
1 PM Address Painting
2 BS/KG 320/330 Knox Michael Selivanoff
3 BS 521 Hazelwood Michael Selivanoff
4 BS 1028 H Michael Selivanoff

I want Cell C2 to hyperlink to our vendor list sheet (below) B1 and be able to fill this down
A B C
Company Name Contact Persone Phone # PM Properties
Painting
Michael Selivanoff Michael Selivanoff 402-613-2705 KG All
Service Pro Doug Kroeker 402-430-7741 BS & KG All of BS and some of JF old
Marcos Cordova Marcos Cordova 402-217-7666 KG A few
I can get this to work just fine with =HYPERLINK("#Vendors!B3",Vendors!$B$3), but when I add a row above B3 in the vendors sheet the formula adjusts to =HYPERLINK("#Vendors!B3",Vendors!$B$4) and the hyperlink breaks.

Any help is appreciated

It didn't quite work. I'm trying to make the hyper link remain on the same target cell in vendor sheet regardless of how I add or removerows in that sheet. Is this possible?
