Return Multiple Values with Multiple Criteria

I'm using Excel 2007/2010.

I need to know if there is a formula or series of formulas that can be used to return multiple values based on multiple criteria.

Our company has internal competitions where one department can challenge another department. Just something fun management came up with to motivate everyone to come up with ideas and focused on their work.

Attached is a sample file to illustrate what I need.

Sheet 1 is the tracker.
Col A: the month and year
Col B: Team 1
Col C: Team 2
Col D: Team 1 Representative
Col E: Team 2 Representative

Sheet 2 is the match by match results page.

Most months, each department usually only issues out one challenge. But occasionally, one department may issue two or more challenges. Since each employee can be the representative only once per month, another employee becomes the rep for his/her department.

In this sample, Team Alpha and Team Bravo challenged each other twice in May 2013.

The current array I have on the Results sheet seems to be only good if only one challenge is issued per team. It doesn't seem to be able to return multiple values with the multiple criteria.

@Conne: that is a very good point. I will play around with that idea and see if I can get it to work.

I also knew how to return multiple values based on a single criteria, but wasn't sure if there was a way to return multiple values based on multiple criteria.

I'll add a column to the tracker and adjust. Should probably work if no one else replies.
