delete duplicates & transpose secondary data

    Hello everyone,

I am hoping someone can help me with a transposition problem.
I have a datasheet that I've refined down to two columns.
Column A contains part numbers and Column B contains PO numbers.
Since each part number can have multiple PO's, Column A contains duplicate entries.
I can remove the duplicates, but need to transpose the PO's for each part number.
Everything I've tried moves all of the PO's to Column Headers.
I've attached an example of what I have (current state) and what I am trying to accomplish (desired state).

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    ljb24,

    Welcome to the forum!
Using your provided example workbook, format the cells in columns G:M as General then in cell G4 and copied over and down use this formula:

    Does that work for you?

Thank you AB33. Unfortunately, I can't get the macro to run.
I enabled the macros upon opening the workbook, but get a message that the macro is not enabled or the source cannot be located.
    Any suggestions?

Depending on your macro setting, macro by fault may be disabled. This is to protect you from unknown author, so excel asks you if you want to able macro from this author. Say, yes, otherwise, your macro is disabled and will not able to see my code.

    AB33,
I had enabled the macros upon opening the file, but I figured out what I was doing wrong.
I was selecting "Open" on your attachment. Once I selected "Save", I was then able to open the workbook with a working macro.
Thank you so much for your help...this is awesome.

Column A: contains name of organisation.( will have duplicate values)
Column B: contains number of invoices. ( are unique numbers)

Single organisaiton may have multiple invoices, I want to get all invoice of same organisation as transpose as a result in a row.

    Column A Column B
    Orgn Z Invoice 1
    Orgn X Invoice 2
    Orgn Z Invoice 3
    Orgn X Invoice 4

    Expected result :
