Formula to access info on sheet 2 (EASY)

the syntax for substitute() is...

=substitute(cell-ref,old text,new text,instance number)

So without seeing any of your data, maybe....

=SUBSTITUTE(sheet2!Q2,"remspecial2"," ") you can leave out the "instance number if you want to replace them all
