Calculating difference between 2 dates in excel 2003 - formula not working correctly

Hello All,

I am having a problem trying to get a formula to calculate the difference between 2 dates to work correctly. This formula excludes weekends and holidays as well.

Unfortunately, I know the best way to fix this problem is to add the tool pack - but it is not available at work. Therefore, I have created a formula to somewhat get around that.

What is happening is that when the formula is doing its calculation, it is counting an extra day to the result.

Example:

Date1= 1/2/13
Date2= 1/2/13

The result should be 0. I am getting 1.

I am attaching a spreadsheet for review. The column with my formula is "J".

Any help would be appreciated.

There is a formula in K3. Is that what you are having trouble with. Otherwise, there is nothing in column J that I could see that has a formula in it.
