Using MATCH with a catch... Varying row numbers and vertically arranged tables

    Hello,

Simple situation, complicated (?) table arrangement:
Multiple stores order multiple products daily and I would like to be able to create a weekly order summary for each store.

    Problems:
    - The tables with the orders are alligned horizontally and vertically (see attachment).
    - If a store doesn't order, the number of rows changes (see attachment).

I have tried using a the Index(Match;Match) Formula, but manually copying the tables to be horizontally alligned plus manually adjusting the formula to account for the varying row numbers isn't usefull as the are hundreds of orders and dozens of stores.

Your help would be greatly appreciated!

Unfortunately I can't change the structure of the data I receive.

I think the idea is great though - but do you know a way (macro) to automate the restructuring process for varying row numbers?
