IF Function - Please Review My Spreadsheet to Identify a Solution

Please look at the formula I have in the total columns for hours worked. The total is a formula.

If the total is 9 or more hours, then I need the formula to deduct an hour for a break and provide a correct total
If the total is 6 or more hours, then I need the formula to deduct one-half hour for a break and provide a correct total
If the total is for any amount less than 6 hours, then I simply need that total without any breaks.
If the total is 0, then I need it to show as 0.

Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.
