hyperlink button and metronome to userform

hi all

i like to play a guitar and so to add with my progress i thought that i would create a spreadsheet with a userform on it. however, i have two problems i cant seem to resolve.

1. how to add a button that opens a metronome or
2. adding a metronome within the userform.

ive added my userform for review if someone could help it would be great.
