I'm struggling with offsetting my formula by 21 rows. Here is what it needs to say:
=(CN1015-CM1015)/CN1015
=(CN1036-CM1036)/CN1036
=(CN1057-CM1057)/CN1057
and continue on for many more rows with this pattern.

This is likely a terrible solution, but it works.
Use this for the first calculation: =(CN1015-CM1015)/CN1015
In the cell below, paste this, then fill down:
