splitting contents of a column to multiple rows

Fellow members,

I need a help with formatting data in spreadsheet.

Input i have is in this format -

Input.jpg

I need to re-format it to have only one item in each row. Along with that i need to have column A repeated for each column B items.

Output.jpg

I reasearched , but was unable to get any specific help. Please assist me in this.
