Help with auto-analysis of survey data

I'm working to create a tool that will analyze a set of survey data. One thing I'm trying to build in is functionality to look through an array in one sheet and return the corresponding value in another column if a certain value is found. For example, search for "dog" in column C of sheet 1, and, each time "dog" shows up, the question in column B of sheet 1 will show up. Also want it to be somewhat dynamic so that if in one survey "Dog" shows up 4 times, while in another it shows up 1 time, I don't need to have a bunch of blank cells.

Any ideas?

Realize I can do the first part with vlookup, but would need to do it without searching for the full word "Dog" and be able to just search for "Do". any ideas???

I've attached an example of the file, with explanation of what I'm hoping to have show up as output. The goal would be to be able to pull in a sheet for each factory, and to be able to analyze what the issues are for each factory by typing the tab name into the "Analysis" file.
