I am using this formula
=INDEX('Agent Release Data'!$E:$K,MATCH(Results!$A9&"Break",'Agent Release Data'!$E:$E&'Agent Release Data'!$K:$K,0),2)
to return the time that someone logs on a phone system they are on their break, I need to be able to get the second time they take a break (two breaks a day)
Can anyone help me PLEASE.

Thanks for your reply , can I ask a bit more where you are inputing the name in Cell G2
I have already got a list of names on one sheet so I want it to look up the first name on Sheet one Cell A2 , then pull the data from Sheet 2 like your example does but and put the value in the cell where the formula is If that makes sense
