If two different selections made from drop down menu = to answer in new cell

I have to make a maintenance spreadsheet. I have two drop down menu's in column B4 and C4.

B4 is the office and C4 is the type of maintenance issue. I would like whatever office is selected in B4 and type of maintenance it is in C4 to = to an email address in cell H4.

Please be aware that different offices in regards to different issues will have differentBook1.xlsx email addresses.

    Example

    Office Issue email
    Paris Mail/printroom = [email protected]

    Office Issue email
Amsterdam Security Pass = [email protected]

    Office Issue email
Paris Security Pass = [email protected]

The details to link all the answers from the drop down menus are on sheet 2.

I've attempted to do various things I just cant seem to work it out.

Thank you for your help. Book1.xlsx

    see attached

your DV should run off a list instead of you typing the input..just to make sure it is consistent and also makes it easier to update
see how i changed it for you on the front page

now i changed the H to vlookup indirect named range
i inserted named ranges for the various offices
see in formula>named range to see the area they co-incide with
