I am running a contest where participants have made 8 selections for their team and I would like to give them an option to search the database for similar selections....pivot table doesnt seem to offer a view that shows how many participants and what participants have selected both apples and bananas---range would be anything between 1-8 selections--can anyone help?

I want Donald Duck to be able to either type or select as many players as he would like in the query, and see what teams have a single player like tiger wood, then add Ernie Els so both players , then add Adam Scott so all three players, and so on...
I don't see any reference to teams in your sample sheet, just players and people (or ducks actually).
Actually the teams are the people...each entrant selects their 8 players...
