Formula that takes a column(s) of data and inserts it into table

Sorry guys for having to start a thread. I think I am on the right track with an offset formula, but I am not positive. Attached is a sheet I ripped from my workbook to explain what I am looking for. Basically I want to take the first column and put it in the adjacent table in the wght category. So, IOW, the first ten would go in segment 1, next ten rows in seg 2, so on. I really hope someone can either help me fix my offset function, or explain a better way than just copy and paste. I also have to make this include a "fixed &" function as well to make the first wght column have three decimal places and the other two with 1 decimal places. Then "g", "mm", and "kP". Thanks for any help that can be offered.
