Age / Date / Number of Years Question

Guys, newbie here. Is there anyway to do following in Excel using formulas? Thanks in advance.
I have two dates, Date of Birth (DOB) and Date of Hire (DOH). I am trying to come up with a future DATE when TOTAL of both (points) Date of Birth and Date of Hire becomes 65. Also, maximum ‘points’ I can assign to Date of Birth is 60. In other words, Years of Service (YOS) must be at least 5 years.
Example#1: DOB: 2/12/1971. DOH is: 05/14/2012. 65 Points date will be: 5/14/2024. Person is 42 years old. On 2/12/2024, he will be 53 years old and on 5/14/2024, he will have 12 YOS. Thus on 5/14/2024, he will have 65 points (53+12 = 65).
Example#2: DOB: 7/28/1953. DOH is: 02/10/2012. 65 Points date will be: 2/10/2016. Person is 59 years old and max points for age given are 60. So on 2/10/2016, he will complete 5 YOS. Thus on 2/10/2016, he will have 65 points.

Clarification: 1 point = 1 year. in my example, I am trying to get to 5/14/2024 using Excel formula, if possible. Person was born on 2/12/1971, so on 2/12/2024, he will be 53 years old, thus 53 points. His date of Hire was 5/14/2012, so on he will have 12 years of service on 5/14/2012 thus 12 points. Later of two dates is 5/14/2024, meaning person would get 65 points on 5/14/2024.
I am trying to find a 'Later of' Date using two different dates that totals to 65 with maximum points assigned to Date of Birth = 60. I hope this makes sense.
